In this online Global Management MBA program, you will gain essential skills in global management, global marketing management, global supply chain management, and international financial management. You will discuss the principles of international finances and foreign exchange risk management for multinational corporations.
Our highly qualified faculty shares expertise on terminology, concepts, and state-of-the-art models that are involved in the design, control, and management of supply chain systems. You will learn about network planning, inventory management, risk pooling, strategic alliances, ethics, logistics, and sustainability. Plus, you will examine management techniques in a global context, including increasingly competitive international market dynamics and environmental factors.
Our core course work comprises 24 credit hours and empowers you with a variety of foundational skills and advanced applications. You will learn advanced strategic management concepts, particularly business-level and corporate-level strategy formulation, implementation, and control. If you don't have an undergraduate background in business, you will benefit from our foundation courses designed to ensure your success in the MBA program. These two courses introduce you to principles in finance, accounting, statistics, and economics.
All courses are 7 weeks in length and taught by highly qualified faculty with extensive experience as corporate managers and entrepreneurs. Our curriculum is frequently revised to remain relevant with industry trends, in part based on feedback from our esteemed Business Advisory Board, which is comprised of approximately 30 senior business leaders and entrepreneurs from a variety of management backgrounds.

For unconditional admission into the MBA in Global Management online program, you must hold a bachelor’s degree and provide transcripts from all institutions previously attended as well as meet the requirements below.
Admission Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited college or university
- Official transcripts
- No GMAT required
Online MBA admission requirements (based on undergraduate GPA)
- 2.75 and above. Applicants must have transcripts sent directly to UW-Parkside from all previous institutions attended. No GMAT will be required.
- 2.5 to 2.749–In addition to transcripts, applicants must submit a resume verifying a minimum of three years of managerial- and/or professional-level experience. Without the required work experience, applicants are required to submit two recommendations. No GMAT will be required.
- 2.33 to 2.49–In addition to transcripts, applicants must submit a resume verifying a minimum of three years of managerial- and/or professional-level experience, and two recommendations. No GMAT will be required.
Official transcripts from all colleges/universities attended, regardless if they appear on the degree awarding transcript or not, should be mailed directly from the institution(s) to UW-Parkside at this address:

The online MBA in Global Management curriculum is comprised of 30 credit hours, including 24 credit hours of MBA core courses and six credit hours of electives. Applicants may be granted a waiver of one or both of the required foundation courses (MBA 502: Finance & Accounting and MBA 512: Statistics & Economics) based on a review of the applicant’s official transcripts.
